The XXIV^th edition of the World BikeTrial Championship will be held in Òdena, Catalunya, from the 16^th July till the 23^th July 2015.

For the first time the World BikeTrial Championship will be in the same place, Òdena, in "One Week" only, to give to all Riders the possiblity to take part in the most important BikeTrial event in the World.

The City of Òdena, BikeTrial Uniò Catalana, OCI Sport and BikeTrial International Union give you the best welcome in the World BikeTrial Championship 2015.

1^st Round  18 – 19 July 2015
On Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th of July will be celebrated the first round of the BikeTrial World Championship 2015. It will take place in a wooded place typical for the pine tree. There will be also big Stones from the understory which will be a main role for the Biketrial zones.
There will also be two artificial zones and a natural zone in the centre of the town. This ones will be used in all the different competitions, but the tracks will be slightly changed and also the difficulty.
On Sunday 19th of July, at the afternoon will take place the awards ceremony of the the first Bike Trial World Cup 2015, so the first round will be finished.

2^nd round  20-21 July 2015
On Monday 20th and Tuesday 21th of July is held the second round of The BikeTrial World Championship 2015. It will be celebrated in natural zones located at the east of Odena’s village in a private land that highlight for its 140 hectares of extension.  This will be the perfect place to build Biketrial zones. The great big stones and the forest slopes will be the key elements for this second round.
There will also be two artificial zones and a natural zone in the town center. These ones will be common for all the championships but both the track and the level of difficulty will be changed.
On Tuesday 21th of July, at the afternoon it will be held the awards ceremony. From this point, the second round of the The Bike Trial World Championship 2015 will be ended and the score of each rider will be added to the first round score.

3^rd round  22 - 23 July 2015
On Wednesday 22th of July and on  Thursday 23th July it will be held the third and last round of the Bike Trial World Championship 2015. It will be placed at a natural zone located at the west of the Odena’s Town and many of the Bike Trial World Championship 2014 zones will be used again. The big forest stones and the natural slopes and exceptionally the ancient  and characteristic Guixeres -chalk stones- of the town will be used as key and original elements for this round.
Two artificial zones and a natural zone found into the village will be common in all the rounds, but -once more- changing the track and the level of difficulty.
On Thursday 23th of July, at the afternoon it will be held the awards ceremony and the third round will be considered finished. All the riders should add their score to the other score beforehand done. On Thursday, the organization will also award the Bike Trial World Champion 2015.

The participation in World BikeTrial Championship 2015 is open to all the BIU Licenses owners in accordance with the BikeTrial International Technical Rules 2015.

ENTRY FEES

Whole WBC 2015:    75,00 Euro
Single competition:   30,00 Euro (Registration office will be open only the 16 and 17 July)
It should be paid from the delegate (or team manager) to the delegate of the host country at least before the first jury meeting of the event.

INSURANCE

All riders / participants must possess health insurance, in order to be able to pay developed accidents.
The organizer does not pay expenses of the event for cares. Is necessary a health insurance for the riders.
The organizer will provide an additional accident insurance for every rider during the period of the competition.

HOSPITALIZATION POLICY

The organizer will provide minor emergency medical services during competition for all riders. If hospitalization is required, ambulance transport will be provided to hospital.  Any hospital services out of the insurance coverage required for the athlete will be at the rider’s personal expense.

WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

All competitors must execute the waiver and release of liability and name and likeness release before participating in the competition (at first license control when check in). If the rider executing this release is under 18 years old (a minor), his/her parent/guardian must sign the document also.

Trophies and prize

World BikeTrial Champion 2015 T-Shirt for the final winner in each category.
Trophy for the top 3 riders in each category of each day (3 award ceremonies).
Trip cost contribution for the top 3 riders of Elite 20”, Elite 26” and Elite Femina.

300 Euro for the firsts, 200 Euro for the seconds, 100 Euro for the thirds. For each day. Total contribution = 5.400 Euro.

23 July 2015 - The big party of de Biketrial Family

On Wednesday, after the award ceremony of the second round of the The Bike Trial World Championship 2015 a big party will be held for the Biketrial Family.
We will welcome the hot clima and a leisure time in the the fantastic and comfortable Odena Town swimming pool. A Pool Party will be held on Wednesday 8.00pm with a typical Spanish dish and drinks: the paella and sangria. Obviously there will be music until the upcoming morning. The aim of the Pool Party is making the riders and the Bike Trial Family enjoy during the leisure time and relaxing a little bit from the stressing atmosphere of a high level championship.

24 July 2015 – Tourism day

BikeTrial is a high level sport that has always wanted to promote the familiar participation in the sense of making the rider’s family participate actively in the event while being part of the public. We want the rider, the families and all the attendees to enjoy the championship of the best sport in the world: the BikeTrial.
To achieve this goal, for the Bike Trial World Championship 2015 a handful of activities will be offered to the families that participate in this event.
On Saturday 27th of July, after the first round of the championship we have organized a sightseeing day. This day will have an exclusive schedule based on two activities. On one hand, we will be visiting the Sagrada Familia, as a MUST to visit while sightseeing Barcelona City. On the second hand, we will go to the beach if there is a sunny day.
There will be a bus for the trip as well as a guide.

SECTIONS

The 80% of the sections where the event is held takes place in natural areas. These fields are typical from the Odena Town like the old “Guixeres" -chalk rocks- and the forest secitions with the characteristic landscape of stones and pines. The artificial sections will be found in the most picturesque places of the Òdena town. The artificial sections fit very well between the Romanesque chapels and old stone houses. Moreover, this was one of the reasons why there was an enthusiastic and committed public who gathered close to the bike sections staring the tricks of the riders.

CEREMONY

Opening ceremony will be held on the sports center.  First of all, there was the parade of every country riders leaded by its country flag. After that, every hymn of each country was played and finally all the flags were waved on the stage. The Catalan culture did also an impressive performance based on traditional dances with all the Hereus and the Pubilles coming from around Catalonia to join the welcome event.

CAMPING AND SERVICES

There is enough space to host all the countries and the land is close to the leisures such as the showers and the WC, and the shops and restaurants of the town. Moreover, there is enough space to provide for every team enough land to settle up comfortably.
The camping zone is located next to the sports pavilion where apart of the showers and the WC, there are other services like drinks and snacks vending machines and a bike wash area.
