WBC 2018 International Observers

The Bike Club Bolotana A.S.D., organizer of the World BikeTrial Championship 2018, that will be held in Bolotana, Sardinia, Italy announces the decision to equipping the event with International BikeTrial Observers. 

The International BikeTrial Observers will be selected in collaboration with the BikeTrial Nations currently members of the BikeTrial International Union, read this article to know engagment's rules. 

What the Organizer offers

Organizer guarantees free room and board for the whole event. 
The offert is only valid for the Observers, companions or family members will pay for their stay. 

Only double rooms provided. 

Assignment to be carried out. 

Application of the BikeTrial Technical Rules 2018, BIU document 875, during the World BikeTrial Championship 2018. 

Selected international Observers will have to follow all the 4 (four) races in program: Friday morning Group B, Friday afternoon Group A, Saturday Group B, Sunday Group A. 
Will be not possible accept partial presences, all Observers they will have to take part in all four the competitions. 

Time and place of the assignment

WBC 2018 will be held in Bolotana, Sardinia Region, Italy. 
Selected international Observser must be present in Bolotana not after the Official Open Ceremony Thursday 9^th August 2018 at 6:00 pm. 

• Check in for Observers: from the 8^th August till the 9^th August 2018 (contact us for special needs). 
• Check out for Observers: the 13^th August 2018 (contact us for special needs). 

Number of needed International Observers

Total number of needed International BikeTrial Observer is 10 (ten). 

Italy as Organizer Nation reserves a minimum number of 3 Observers. Maximum number of foreigner observers is 7 (seven). 

How to participate

This offert is reserved only to the National BikeTrial Observers with adequate curriculum.

The final selection of International Observers will be by BIU only.

No further economic compensation is provided besides the Hotel and free food for the whole event.
Travel expences can not be charged to the organizer. 
Travel expences shall be borne by the Observer.
