Welcom to Darfo Boario Terme

Dear athletes, dear guests,
Darfo Boario Terme is proud to host the World BikeTrial Championship 2025, an event that brings 150 athletes from around the world to our city in this Year of Sport. We are especially delighted to see the return of BikeTrial, after welcoming many other national and international competitions in past years.
The prestigious Darfo Boario Terme Centro Congressi adds further value to the event, serving as an ideal venue for organizational activities and ceremonies. Thanks to strong partnerships and agreements with local organizations, we have built a solid network to offer complete and efficient services to all participants and visitors.
I am confident that, with the dedication of the Municipal Administration and our many volunteers, the competition will be a memorable experience for athletes and spectators alike—further strengthening our town’s reputation as a prime location for major sporting events.
On behalf of the entire community, I warmly welcome you all and wish the best of luck to every competitor.

Darfo Boario Terme will host the World BikeTrial Championship for the second time, the first time was in 2010 with an exciting challenge between Dani Comas and Kazuki Terai, won by the Catalan.
Darfo Boario Terme is also the city where I was born and I live, and Castellino is the hill where we used to play as kids and where I started doing Trial in 1982. Small events that intersect with the long stories that this City has to tell, a story that has ancient roots, even prehistoric, taking us back to 8000 years before Christ. The Thermal Park, the engravings rock, the big municipal water park, Capo di Lago, the Archeopark and the many scenic attractions can turn your competitive experience into a pleasant vacation that I hope you can spend with your family.
BikeTrial International Union and Darfo Boario Terme are waiting for you. After the beautiful race in Piazzatorre in 2024, with the Team Villongo ASD we decided to replicate and the hill of Castellino will be the ideal place for this new experience.

Thanks to the Municipal Administration and Hotel Castellino for their availability, I look forward to seeing many of you for this new exciting moment of meeting and as always: Viva Trial!

According to the BikeTrial Technical Rules 2025.

World BikeTrial Championship 2025 :
Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Class F, Class 3, Class 2, Class 1, Nations. World BikeTrial Cup 2025 : Hobby 1, Hobby 2, Hobby 3.
Starting riders with valid BikeTrial national or international licenses for 2025. 
During the event will be guest also the National Categories.

6 - Free camping details 

Free camping area will be in: Via Romolo Galasi, Darfo Boario Terme. 
Toilets will be avalaible for those who want to reach with its own vehicles such as Caravan and Auto-Caravan or tents. Electrical service available (asphalt pavement). Showers service is located 200 meters away.

8 - Entry fees and applications 

Start fee is  35€ per one rider. The fee will be paid on the day of the competition at the registration desk.

Filled applications must be sent to BIU through national delegate before official dead-line. 

9 - Trip cost contribution 

No trip contribution cost provided. 

10 - Insurance and hospitalization 

All participants must possess his own health personal insurance, in order to be able to pay developed accidents. The organizer does not pay expenses of the event for cares. Is necessary a health insurance for the riders. 
The organizer will provide emergency medical services during the competition’s time for all riders. If hospitaliza-tion required, ambulance will transport to the hospital.  
Any hospital services out of the insurance coverage required for the athlete will be at the rider’s personal expense.
